When in the todo view, I click on the drop-down box in the categories column
and the drop-down box opens with no categories (when there are categories
attached to the todo)... consequently the categories are lost if moving to
another todo.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) To to todo view
2) select a todo with categories
3) click on drop-down box
4) categories that are attached to todo should be checked (selected) in the
drop-down box... but are not
5) click on another todo... and all the todo categories of the first todo are
lost or deleted.

Actual Results:  
The result should be that the drop-down box should contain selected categories
that originally existed before selecting the drop-down box.

Expected Results:  
All categories are lost or deleted (unless they are reselected before leaving
the drop-down box)

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.32-24-generic
