Whats about the mime-type ?

When I use this function it sends a mail (configured to send directly through
sendmail), but the mail's content-type is text/plain.
To be able to communicate with other groupware software the mail should either
be mime/multipart, text/plain + text/calendar ( preferred)
or a simple text/calendar mail.

When I reviewed bug reports of korganizer, I found reports from 2007 with
attached text/calendar mails obviously send by that old korganizer stuff.
