I got the same (or extended) problem in KDE 4.5.2:
In systray the korganizer (actually the korganizer reminder daemon) appears as
an empty icon (so just an empty box / space).
Left clicking on this brings up the usual right-click menu with (suspend all
reminders, dismiss all reminders, enable reminders, start reminder daemon at
login, quit) but does not start korganizer.

After clicking "quit" the empty space disappears, if i then restart korgac
manually (also with the -icon korgac arg) everything is back to usual: I can
see the icon, left click opens korganizer, right click menu is back to right
click ;)

The problem appeared after upgrading from kubuntu 10.04 (kde 4.4.2) to 10.10.
10.10 by default comes with kde 4.5.1 at the moment. I installed 4.5.2 from the
kubuntu ppa trying to solve this, didn't help.

Maybe the problem is related to the system tray itself? Could it be that korgac
starts up too early or something?
