- Launch KOrg
- Go to Settings menu/Configure KOrganizer...
- Click on the 'General' icon

The 'Modify...' and 'Remove' buttons are unavailable (greyed) while the first
calendar is selected.

Select another calendar and go back to the first one and this time both the
buttons are available.
