As user 1:
- Launch Korg
- Go to Settings menu/Configure KOrganizer...
- Click on 'Free/Busy' icon and check the 'Puclish you free/busy information
automatically' check box
- Click on 'Ok'
- Create a new event (Event A) for next Monday between 6:00 and 8:00 in a Kolab
calendar

As user 2:
- Launch KOrg
- Go to Settings menu/Configure KOrganizer...
- Click on 'Free/Busy' icon and go to 'Retrieve' tab
- Check the two check boxes ('Retrieve other peiples'free/busy information
automatically' and 'Use full email address for retrieval')
- Fill in the 'Server Information' details
- Check the 'Remember password' check box
- Click on 'Ok' 
- Create a new event (Event B) and go to the attendees tab to add user 1 as a
new attendee

No red section is displayed for next Monday between 6:00 and 8:00 for user 1
whereas it should be. 

Note: I already tested the retrieve part with already existing event and it
works so I am confident that this problem is due to the publish part.
