- Launch Korg
- Create a new event

It is impossible since the 'Calendar:' combo box is empty and greyed as well as
the 'Ok' and 'Apply' buttons

- Log out and then back in
- Launch Korg
- Click on 'New Event', select a calendar, fill in information and click on
'Ok'

The event never appears in the agenda view.

- Click on 'New Event' again
The 'Calendar:' combo box is empty and greyed again.

This is a regression and the same bug was fixed on Friday by Laurent before he
went on holiday.

I am setting this bug as high priority since it is a blocker that prevents me
from testing anything other than the views.
