- Launch KOrg
- Click on 'New To-do' button and fill in the title, location, category and
date for the to-do
- Check the 'Time associated' check box
- Enter a start and end time
- Select a time zone for the start and end time
- Click on 'Ok'

The to-do is created on the correct day but not on the selected time zone.

Reopen the to-do and you can see that the start time and end time time zones
combo boxes are back to displaying 'Floating' instead of the time zones you
selected.
