For the interested readers:
An Akonadi-CalDav plugin is developed in:
http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/playground/pim/dav/

The difference to kcaldav: kcaldav can be used by Akonadi via a compatibility
layer, but not native, since it works as a kressource and not as a Akonadi
native plugin.
