Default task reminder should be set different. there is no sense to set the
default reminder time to let us say 30 minutes before end of the task. In this
case it is absolutely to late within the process. When creating a task there
should be a reminider before the start of the task not the end. So, how does
the ideal solution look like?

1. Default reminder times should be set via configuration item

2. First reminder should be set to e.g. 30 minutes before the START of the task

3. Secon reminder should not be set automatically but should be offered in the
dialog e.g. 30 minutes before the END of the task

To clarify: The default schould be: Yes, there is a reminder time set. The
default times for this reminder should be set as described above and this
should be adjusted via the kalender settings.
