Kontact crashes if I try to add an appointment to a kolab resource.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Set up an kolab account and open the calendar view. Afterwards click on New
Event. Select the kolab calendar resource and add some description. Click on
ok. Kontact crashes with an bus error.
