I had problems with Akonadi freezing up the comp. It always took 100% CPU for
several seconds when booting the comp, then it just froze every time I booted. 

I removed everything from .kde/share/apps/korganizer and also from akondai
folder, booted into an empty calendar without problems. When I tried to import
my old calendar from backup it crashed.
