Before beginning the Korganizer is running as is.  Not part of Kontact.  All
events, todos and journals are part of same iCal file.  This was surmised to be
the issue causing trouble for google calendar imports.  Before attempting the
export/import to change where all data is saved I did try to add a folder to
existing defualt calendar.  This gave me an error every time.

1.  Attempt to export ical.
2.  Import ical to google calendar fails.  Vague processing error
3.  Attempt to add new calendars to KOganizer. by first:
    -1 export current .ics to home folder (named events.ics)
    -2 export second copy  of current .ics to same folder (named todos.ice)
4.  Attempt to import first copy of current .ics to KOrganizer
5.  Crash and exit
