This is an always-reproducible crashing bug in Kontact 4.4.3 under KDE.

Recipe:
- Configure Kontact to connect to a Kolab server
- Configure multiple journal resources on the server
- Create a new journal entry
- When the "Select resource..." box is displayed dismiss the "New journal
entry" dialog
- Then dismiss the "Select resource.." dialog
- Kontact crashes

This bug is /not/ reproducible for users using Kontact 4.4.3 under XFCE. They
cannot select the "New journal..." dialog while the "Select resource..." dialog
is open.
