- Launch KOrg
- Click on 'New Event' button
- No calendars appears in the 'Calendar:' combo box eventhough several are
displayed and checked in the Resources/Folders view (both ICal calendar file
and Kolab resources)

As a result the 'Ok' button is unavailable and greyed in the 'New Event -
KOrganizer' dialogue and it is impossible to create new events.

This is a regression since creating events worked fine in Rev 1081463.
