When I try to import a calender.ICS into an Akonadi calender, it asks me if I
would like to merge it.

When I click the merge option and OK button it pops up with "There is no
resource available" popup window. This window cannot be closed, if you click OK
the window just pops back up and will not go away no matter how many times you
click OK. 

Importing the calender into Akonadi first and then making an akonadi calender
taking those sources works.
