This is partially corrected now.

I can now see all the kolab calendars (agenda, agenda public, tasks, notes,
journal) in the Configure - Kontact dialogue but since testing this bug last, I
set up some shared folders (Public) and they are not displayed in the dialogue.

Also there seems to be a regression since some of the local ICal calendar files
are not displayed anymore nor is the birthday and anniversaries calendar.

So I am reopening this bug.
