when akonadi is not running, adding a new event is not possible (at least when
using only akonadi resources). when that is the case, the resource selection
dialog is covered by a grey sign saying that akonadi is not available. I can
still press OK, though that will just result in the same dialog showing again.
With kde-geek knowledge, i then open konsole and run the command "akonadictl
restart" which is likely to fix the problem.

Suggestions: The dialog should have the OK button disabled, and some
information and maybe even option, helping the user to deal with the problem
should be provided.
