imap calendar (kolab2 format). When I try to add an imap calendar, I get a
reduced set of about 6 options: Akonadi, Birthdays, Journal, Local File, Local
Directory, Remote file) that does not include imap. So no access to the imap
calendar and no way to add one. It still seems to exist in the
ksresources/stdrc file and in the korganizerrc. The problem has persisted to
$ korganizer -v
Qt: 4.6.3
KDE Development Platform: 4.4.5 (KDE 4.4.5)
KOrganizer: 4.4.5

On two other machines, one still at korganizer 4.3.4 and another at 4.4.5, the
calendar _is_ accessible and the add calendar dialog _does_ propose an imap
option within a fuller list of options (12 of them). So the imap calendar is
functional and the software can work, but doesn't on all machines.

Any help or suggestions for further testing would be greatly appreciated.
