the status changed into canceled after clicking on apply

Version:           4.4.2 (using KDE 4.5.0) 
OS:                Linux

when I try to change a previously created event, I can't change his status (eg.
from "accepted" to "canceled").

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
create a new event: the status is assigned to "accepted" by default.
change status to "canceled" (or equivalent) then click on "apply" or "ok"
(notice that "accept" button is enabled in spite you expect to see a "grayed"
button).
when you edit again the above event, you can see that status is "accepted"
again.
