The date format in the CN file is:

  DateFormat[zh_CN]=%Y年%n月%e日 %A
  DateFormat[zh_TW]=%Y年%n月%e日 %A

but in the TW file it is:

  DateFormat[zh_TW]=%Y %B %e %A

and the HK file just uses the US default.

According to the IBM repo TW should be the same as CN, and I assume for HK as
well?
