When I create an event, the creation dialog either asks EVERY TIME for the
calendar it should be created in or puts it into the default calendar,
depending on preference setting.
It would be great to have the entry created in the calendar that is currently
selected/highlighted under the "calendars" list.
Maybe a preference to be added "create in highlighted calendar".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Create event.

Actual Results:  
Event is either created in default calendar or the dialog askes every time for
the calendar.

Expected Results:  
The evnt will be created in the highlighted calendar.

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.32-24-generic
