The message Could not find the program 'KAddressBook' will appear when trying
to start KAddressBook from Korganizer.

Steps:
-start KOrganizer and look at the calendar for contact birthdays
-double click on a birthday and a pop-up will appear with information about the
event
-click on the contact link inside the pop-up
-notice the error message, when you would expect KAddressBook to start.
