- Launch KOrg
- Go to Settings menu and check Show Statusbar if not checked by default
- A status bar appears at the bottom of KOrg main window.
- Go to the File menu/New
- now go to Settings menu/Configure KOrganizer...
- Click on the 'General' icon
- Go to the 'Save' tab
- Check the 'Enable automatic saving of maunally opened calendar files' check
box
- Set the 'Save interval in minutes:' to 1 minutes.
- click on 'Ok'

Nothing happens whereas there should be a progress bar appearing in the status
bar after 1 minutes, showing that the file is being automatically saved I am
guessing.

So atm it is impossible to be sure that the file is automatically saved on the
hard disk.
