I am closing this bug since it is possible to create several categories or sub
categories in a row:

- Launch KOrg
- Go to Settings menu/Manage Categories...
- Click on 'Add' button to add a category (ex Music)
- Click on another category from the list (ex Personal)
- Music has been added to the list and the 'Edit Categories' dialogue is still
opened.
- Click on 'Add' button again to add a new category
