I configured Kontact to save the groupdav calendar on every change (to avoid
data loss due to crashes), but then the 'Save Confirm' dialog, which pops up
after every change, becomes quite annoying. 

Therefore it would be nice to have an option to disable this dialog in the
groupdav properties dialog, especially since it does not (yet) allow to mark
only a subset of the changes for saving.

I have written a small patch which adds such an option to the
cache-configuration dialog of groupdav for kdepim 4.2.2, but it also applies to
the kdepim 4.3.1 sourcecode:
