I've just upgraded my basic opensuse 11.1 kde 4.2.4 package to 4.3.1 using the
openbuild repository factory. ( I would recommend this only to some sort of
poweruser as dependencies with other repository could be complex )

After that I've start the akonadi process see in systemsettings and add some
ressources by the plugin caldav .
