Version:           4.3.0 (using 4.3.00 (KDE 4.3.0), MS Visual Studio 2008 SP1)
Compiler:          cl.exe
OS:                Microsoft Windows (i686) release 5.1 (XP Home Edition)

A lot of applications can`t save data (carbon autosave error, potato guy can`t
save project, dolphin crash after start, system settings crash after start...). 
Umbrello didn`t try to create folder "uml-generated-code".

It looks like some errors while creating default folders, subfolders and files.


May be it is because of my Russan language of Windows?
