Since KDE 4.3 has been pushed to Fedora 11, I will be developing the plugin
against those development libraries.  The project is hosted on Google Code:

I would appreciate if I could find a couple of volunteers to help me with
development, since time constraints preclude me from completing the project by
myself.  If you have a good C++ background with KDE or Qt experience, please
contact me via email.
