Ok this is some global stuff. If i go to Systemsettings->->advanced->KDE
Resources
there are no resource to Select from or to add.

This is also the case when i try that with an all new user.

Strange but true, if i start systemsettings as root then everything is where it
belongs.

Reinstall kdelibs, kdepimlibs, dbus doesn't help.
