Sorry, as i am not a native english speaker perhaps i could not express myself
as i would.
My usecase is: On kubuntu default style is textbesideicon. I prefer icononly,
so I change default behaviour via systemsettings. Then I open kontact: kmail
toolbars are icononly, kadressbook toolbars are icononly, korganizer has one
toolbar icononly and one textbesideicon. I do not want to change every toolbar
in every application. If no overriden setting is taken, it should take kde
default settings.
