This is a crash of korganizer on MS windows.  Initially korganizer worked.  I
configured korganizer to use a remote calendar using
http://<fqdn>/webdav/<agenda>.ics
After I confirmed this configuration, korganizer crashed.  After that it did
not start anymore.   I therefor removed the remote resource from the korganizer
or resource configuration file (including the code reference to the resource).

But this did not help.  Now each I start korganizer (or korgac) I get around 6
korgac icons in the panel.  It looks like korgac is started 6 times.  After
some time (10 seconds) the korgac icons disappear..... :(

What's the trick to korganizer working again?
