In Kontact 4.3.2 (Kubuntu 9.10), the to-do moves to the bottom of the list, and
the due date in the list is revised immediately.  That's all I could ask for. 
Should we close this bug, and maybe file a separate bug about the due date
revision against 4.2.2 if that version is still supported?
