I can confirm this on Kubuntu. In 4.3.3, the resource is there in korganizer,
the groupware icons are shown in kmail (ical/vcard type, German language) after
manually adding the TheIMAPResourceAccount entry in kmailrc.

However, the IMAP resource does not show any subresources and also does not
show any events etc.

It worked in 4.3.2, but the upgrade to 4.3.3 broke it.
