I want to change the highlight color of KOrganizer 4.2.1, which is purple by
default in the date navigator and for selected areas in the agenda.

The handbook (http://docs.kde.org/stable/en/kdepim/korganizer/config.html) says
that there would be a "highlight color" option in the color settings, but there
is not.

Was this lost by accident while porting to KDE4?
