SVN commit 939133 by smartins:

Make it clear that deleting future occurrences will also delete the current
one. "Delete Future" -> "Also Delete Future"

Disable the future button if it's the first occurrence, this will prevent
garbage in the ics file.

Also disable it if it's the last occurrence as it doesn't make sense too.
