When viewing or editing a to-do, it would be nice to see the item's create
date. I don't have an opinion about whether or not it should be possible to
change the create date, but seeing the creation date of an item can be very
useful for the "waiting for" type reminders recommended by David Allen.

Right now the only way to find this out is to examine the ics file.
