--- Comment #3 from Ian Brock <brock physik uni-bonn de> 2009-06-22 13:28:10 ---
I tried doing things the other way round. I exported the Akonadi database to an
ics file, removed the akonadi database entry (from the server and korganizer),
added it again to the server from the file and used the file in korganizer. The
same effect is seen though. When I opened my calendar for today, all recurring
events from today had disappeared as their starting dates are now 2009-06-22
and the end date is still 2009-01-05. These dates are also put in the .ics
file. I can edit the file by hand to set the dates correctly, but after
starting korganizer, exiting and starting again the dates are again corrupted.
Switching views is also sometiomes sufficient to corrupt the date. IU correct
them in "Event List" and when I switch back to "Week" they are messed up.
I also tried a single event in a separate .ics file (without synchronising the
the akonadi server). That does not seem to get corrupted. I need the akonadi
database though, as I also synchronise my calendar with my palm treo.
I also updated KDE to 4.2.4, but this does not seem to have helped.
