Our Linux User Group Pforzheim Germany meets each secound thursday in a month.
And also the friday two weeks later.

The first is no problem for the secound one we would like to use the same
definition from the first one plus adding offset in days.

We cannot use the definition "fourth friday of a month". This would differ for
instance in may 2009.

Example:
For May 2009 we meet on May 14 and 29


PS: We would like KDE having more features than M$ Outl**k :-)
