Summary: Entering new calendar events does not select date
                    properly using non local timezone.
           Product: korganizer
           Version: 4.2.2
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: korganizer-devel at kde.org
        ReportedBy: corey_m at schuhen.net

Version: (using KDE 4.2.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

Here is the use case.

Local timezone is set to Australia/Brisbane. Time is about 9AM.

I open calendar in Kontact and press new event.

Fill in title...

I fill in Start to be Yesterday 8PM America/Chicago time.

I press apply. The item is created with the correct local time but the wrong
local date. This can be seen in the calendar view. 8PM Yesterday Chicago time
should be 11AM Today Brisbane time instead it is shown as 11AM Yesterday
Brisbane time.

I will try and attach a screenshot to show this.

b.t.w. Adding the ability to select timezones for input events is a fantastic
feature that I have wanted for a long time! It will be even better when I don't
have to manually adjust the date.
