Sorry for the -- very long -- delay.

I tested with KDE 4.2 in German, and it works; I then tested with svn trunk,
LC_ALL, LANG and KDELANG all set to "fr" and the month name got translated
correctly by the Qt date format to "juillet". Is this now fixed for you?
