No one will touch this until they are separate bugs. Here's what I suggest:

- review usuability of add/edit event window.

Be specific about what usability issues you have, and file a bug on them.



- allow to change a todo into an event and vice versa.

File a bug on this, and mark this bug as a dupe of the new bug.



- in a day or week view, dragging a "All day" event/todo to a time cell should
associate the time with the event.

File it!



- I can't see my completed todos. where are they ?

Ask on the mailing list.



 - make it easier to set/change the start and due date of an event or a todo.

Make it how? Tell exactly how you would like it in a new bug.



 - gantt charts of todos.

I don't understand.
