When viewing the To-do list in Kontact, the main toolbar (where there should be
"New To-do..." et cetera) is empty. When you Configure Toolbars..., there are a
bunch of actions. But they don't show up in the actual toolbar.

When you view KOrganizer by itself, the toolbar is populated again. But not in
Kontact.
