Please no. Very many people esp. at work still use 3.5, maybe way more than
95%. And I assume they won't switch to KDE4 before e.g. 4.3 or even 4.4 due to
several bugs still in KDE 4, the famous Kicker replacement and the speed of KDE
<= 4.2.
