Since it is almost certain that KOrganizer will be switching to Akonadi at KDE
4.4, you might consider doing an Akonadi resource for CalDAV instead.

Actually it should be easier than a KResource plugin because it isn't necessary
to fit the asynchronous network operations into a synchronous API contract.
