In the Kmail Preferences View, I set the option to send appointment invitations
inline, so that Outlook compaitbility is achieved.
This works perfectly for new appointments.
However, when I reply to an invitation sent by an Outlook user, my reply is
sent as an attachment, so that the Outlook user won't be able to interpret the
answer.
