Actually I'm not able to loose events/todo (excluding some bugs on remote files
which is not this case).

Even manage multiple calendars is well done with resources.

About when/how saving, it is done automatically, so there is no need to mention
it on the manual.

Anyway, if you have suggestion about the documentation, feel free to
contribute!
