I support this bug report, it could be really nice to have support for
calendarserver (http://trac.calendarserver.org/).
I tried to access to a calendarserver with a remote resource calendar on
KOrganizer and sometimes it showed the calendar and other's not, and didn't
upload correctly, so I supose that the remote resource calendar it's not the
correct plugin for calendarserver, which is CalDAV based.
