OS:                Linux

KDE 4.1 is showing KDE 3.5 items as if they were all UTC, instead of the
correct timezone. If this is a bug in KDE 3.5, it would be nice to at least
have options to:
1. Choose to default old files to a specific timezone
2. Adjust all event timezones with X criteria by X amount of time or to another
TZ
3. Save backward-compatible files while still showing timezones correctly in
KDE 4
