Summary: korganizer unable to attach local tiddlywiki permalink
style URI to task or event
Product: korganizer
Version: unspecified
Platform: unspecified
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: general
AssignedTo: korganizer-devel kde org
ReportedBy: macgoran yahoo com
Version: 3.5.6 (enterprise 20070904.708012) (using 3.5.7 "release 72.6" , openSUSE 10.3)
Compiler: Target: i586-suse-linux
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.22.17-0.1-default
Using "Add URI.." or "Add File.." buttons in task or event attachments.
Tried to attach this local tiddlywiki file permalink URL:
file:///home/user/projects%202008.html#%5B%5BSome%20Task%20Working%20Notes%5D%5D
URL fragmet/anchor syntax (with #) in TiddlyWiki is used to denote the URL of individual tiddlers (individual notes) inside the html file.
When using Add URI it cuts "file://" and URL fragmet part starting with "#"
so it becomes only /home/user/projects%202008.html. It is unusable this way as this is URL for main page not its individual tiddler.
When using Add File it complains file "projects%202008.html#%5B%5BSome%20Task%20Working%20Notes%5D%5D" doesn't exist.
This seems to use common KDE URI syntax handler.
When trying this url in "Create New"->"Link To Application (URL)" it behaved the same way although I managed to persuade it to leave anchor part after editing shortcut and it worked this way.
In korganizer I didn't manage to make it leave anchor part intact.
