Summary: Date range overwritten when chainging daily -> weekly ->
                    monthly
           Product: korganizer
           Version: 3.5
          Platform: Mandriva RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: korganizer-devel at kde.org
        ReportedBy: brian at meadows.pair.com

Version: (using KDE 3.5.9)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Mandriva RPMs

If you select a range of dates to be printed, and THEN change the format (daily
-> weekly -> monthly) then the range of dates is forcibly overwritten. There
seems to be no justification for doing this. At a minimum, the user should be
prompted "Reset dates to default range?" Personally, I think that when the
user has changed the dates from the defaults, the argument for NOT overwriting
the date range at all is stronger, but I realise that's a matter of opinion. I
do think that overwriting without prompting is close to a bug, let alone a
feature request - but I would hope it's simple enough to pop up a message box
before you overwrite them.
